Rescued exists to make great food that prevents food waste and loss. We collaborate, innovate, educate, and advocate to accelerate a better, more sustainable food future.

Vision

VISION - Rescued will be a globally recognised and trusted leader in upcycled food processing, products and ingredients. Our upcycling facilities, including mobile units, will operate worldwide, making upcycling mainstream and enabling 100% of surplus food to be revalued, reimagined and returned to manufacturing.
